assist Russian state power and control bodies in developing efficient
state policy of the secondary non-ferrous metal industry in market economy
evronment.
- To
support Russian manufacturers of non-ferrous metals and promote their
industiral, R & D, and economic potential.
- To
develop and introduce state power bodies proposals in regulating the scrap
and waste non-ferrous metal market to promote legality of collecting,
re-producing and selling scrap and waste.
- To
assist and promote developments and introductions of progressive Russian
technologies and equpment for manufacturing non-ferrous produces.
- To
furnish non-ferrous metal industry with R & D, information, analytic
and consulting services.
- To
co-ordinate practics and cooperation of parties engaged and other
organizations, to assist raising their export potential.
- To
assist in creating civilized conditions and fair competition in the non-ferrous
metal market.
- To
synthesize and distribute goodwill experience of separate enterprises in
production matters and realization of non-ferrous metal production.
